Welcome to the SF Fruit Co~Sipperz Recycle Rewards Program! By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

• The Sipperz Recycle Rewards Program is open exclusively to customers with an active wholesale account with SF Fruit Co~Sipperz.

• The program is free to join, but participants must maintain an active wholesale status to remain eligible.

• The Sipperz Recycling Rewards Program is exclusively available to first-tier wholesalers/distributors who purchase directly from SF Fruit Co ~Sipperz.

• Second-tier resellers (retailers, venues, event organizers, etc.) who purchase from an authorized distributor are not eligible to earn points but can participate in collection efforts.

2. Right to Refuse Participation

• SF Fruit Co~Sipperz reserves the right to deny participation, suspend, or remove any participant from the program at its sole discretion if they violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unethical behavior.

​3. Program Participation Guidelines​

• First-tier wholesalers must properly document and submit collected recyclables to ensure eligibility for rewards.

• Second-tier resellers should work with their distributor to establish proper collection and return procedures but will not have direct access to the Sipperz Rewards Program.

• SF Fruit Co. reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time, with or without notice.

4. Collection & Submission Process

• First-tier wholesalers are responsible for submitting bulk recyclables (collected pouches and tubes with caps) to SF Fruit Co. to earn points and rewards.

• Second-tier resellers can set up designated collection points at their venues, stores, or events to encourage consumer participation. However, they must return collected recyclables to their distributor, who will then submit them to SF Fruit Co.

5. Accepted Items for Recycling

• Only official SF Fruit Co~Sipperz drink mix pouches, VIP tubes and Re-Sipz tubes (with caps) are eligible for recycling.

• Items must be clean and dry before being shipped to our facility.

• Non-Sipperz packaging or contaminated items will not be accepted and may result in disqualification from the program.

6. Earning Rewards

• Participants will earn points to redeem for rewards based on the quantity of eligible recyclables returned.

• Reward structures, point values, and redemption options are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of SF Fruit Co~Sipperz.

• Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts.

7. Bulk Shipping & Free Return Labels

• To qualify for a free return shipping label, participants must accumulate and ship a minimum of 500 units per return shipment.

• If returning fewer than 500 units, participants are responsible for their own shipping costs.

• Shipments that do not meet the requirements as indicated in segment #5 may be returned at the sender’s expense.

• All Shipments must use the follow SF Fruit Co~Shipperz company address for their Recycling returns:

8. Recycling Processing & Validation

• Upon receipt, shipments will be reviewed to ensure compliance with program guidelines.

• Processing times may vary, and SF Fruit Co~Sipperz reserves the right to deny rewards for shipments that do not meet eligibility criteria.

• Any fraudulent activity or misrepresentation will result in immediate removal from the program.

9. Shipping Responsibility for Lost or Damaged Items

• SF Fruit Co~Sipperz is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

• Participants are encouraged to use a trackable shipping method when returning recyclables to ensure safe delivery.

10. Rewards Issuance

• Only first-tier wholesalers will be awarded points and rewards upon successful submission of bulk recyclables.

• Second-tier resellers do not earn points, but they may receive indirect benefits such as:

  • Marketing Support: Inclusion in Sipperz marketing materials as an official collection partner to drive consumer traffic.

  • Exclusive Promotions: Potential discounts or incentives from their first-tier distributor (determined at the distributor’s discretion).

  • Sustainability Recognition: The ability to promote their venue/store as an eco-conscious partner in the Sipperz Recycling Rewards Program.

11. Program Modifications & Termination

• SF Fruit Co~ Sipperz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Recycle Rewards Program at any time without prior notice.

• Changes may include, but are not limited to, adjustments to reward values, shipping requirements, and eligible items.

• If the program is discontinued, any unused rewards will be forfeited.

12. Notification of Changes

• Any significant changes to the program will be communicated via email or posted on our website.

• Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

​13. Expiration of Rewards

• SF Fruit Co~Sipperz Recycle Reward points must be redeemed within 12 months of issuance.

• Unused Sipperz Recycle Reward points will expire if an account remains inactive for 6 months.

14. Transferability of Rewards

• SF Fruit Co~Sipperz Recycle Reward points earned through the program are non-transferable and cannot be sold, bartered, or assigned to another party.

​

15. Fraud Prevention & Multiple Accounts

• Each wholesale account is eligible for one SF Fruit Co~Sipperz Recycle Rewards Program enrollment.

• Creating multiple accounts to gain additional rewards is prohibited and may result in disqualification.

16. Compliance & Fraud Prevention

• Only authorized participants (first-tier wholesalers) can claim rewards. Any attempt to misrepresent collections or falsify submissions may result in removal from the program.

• SF Fruit Co. reserves the right to audit submissions and request verification from wholesalers.

17. Intellectual Property Protection

• The SF Fruit Company or Sipperz name, logo, and related branding elements are the exclusive property of SF Fruit Co~Sipperz.

• Unauthorized use of SF Fruit Company or Sipperz trademarks in connection with the Recycle Rewards Program is strictly prohibited.

18. Force Majeure Clause

• SF Fruit Co~Sipperz is not liable for delays or inability to fulfill obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or supply chain disruptions.

19.Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

• Any disputes arising from or relating to this program shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations.

• If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the State of Nevada, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

• Participants waive the right to pursue legal action in court except for matters qualifying for small claims court.

20. Limitation of Liability

• Under no circumstances shall Sipperz be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from participation in this program.

• Our total liability shall not exceed the value of rewards earned by the participant.

21. Tax & Compliance Notice

• Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with rewards earned through the program.

• SF Fruit Co~Sipperz is not responsible for reporting or covering any tax obligations related to reward points redemption

 

22. Privacy Policy

• By participating, you agree to SF Fruit Co~Sipperz’s Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and use your information.

23. Liability & Disclaimer

• SF Fruit Co~Sipperz is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments.

• Participation in the program is at the customer’s own risk, and SF Fruit Co~Sipperz is not liable for any damages related to recycling shipments.

24. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, USA.

• Any disputes arising under or in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nevada.

By participating in the SF Fruit Co~Sipperz Recycle Rewards Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
