Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at SF Fruit Co. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time
All in stock orders are processed within 2-3 business weeks. Custom orders can take between 4-10 weeks depending on the item, if it's in season or not, customization and quantity ordered. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If a RUSH is needed please indicate the date needed to be delivered on the PO. Be aware RUSH charges may apply.
If our transportation partners are experiencing issues, weather conditions or high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
US Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at invoicing.​

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
SF Fruit Co~ Sipperz ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories. We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
SF Fruit Co~ Sipperz is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
SF Fruit Co~ Sipperz is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S. at this time but check back as this may change.
Returns Policy
Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order below.
Return & Exchange Policy
Unused and unopened items are valid for return within 10 days of invoice. Customised made to order items, private label or co-branded items items, are not returnable. Defective product can be returned within 10 days of invoicing. ALL Returns/exchanges must have a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER-NO EXCEPTIONS. Returned items without an RA will be refused. Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days from when we receive the original item(s) in their original packaging, less shipping. To ensure the prompt and efficient processing of your return, please note the return authorization number on the box, and include it with your returns shipment. Don't have an authorization number?.
